Term & Conditions

Revision Policy

We provide revisions depending on the package you have selected. Customers enjoy the leverage of unlimited free revisions as we revise their websites without any additional charges, provided that the theme and layout remain the same. The Turnaround Time for revision would be 48-72 hours.

Turn Around Time

Tekloop Technologies has a turnaround time of 48-72 hours for most web development services. Note that this is not the complete time frame for a project. It is only the turnaround time for a single iteration of the development stage. Depending on the kind of service, the time required for revisions could vary from a minimum of 48 hours to 72 hours which means two working days.
For example:

  • Website Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.

  • Website Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Friday will be delivered by the end of the day Tuesday.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

In any event, any deposited funds for a project shall not be subject to refund after delivery if the initial website design and theme are approved, or a change is requested unless Tekloop Technologies cancels or terminates your contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

  • You can make a request when the initial designs for the website are offered. However, once you approve or request changes in the initial layout, the refund offer becomes void, and the refund request will not be entertained.

  • If the request for a refund is made before the delivery of the initial layout, then you would be eligible for a Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).

  • If the request for a refund is made within 48 hours, you would be eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).

  • If the request for a refund is made between 48-120 hours of the initial layout delivery, you would be eligible 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).

  • No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial layout delivery.

  • No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order.

  • No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind or personal reasons after the project has started. Store credit may be offered instead.

  • For website packages, no refund will be entertained once website development has been completed or once the website has been deployed live.

  • The client will not be entitled to a refund if the website malfunctions or undergoes a hack/virus, given that they are not enrolled for any kind of annual or monthly maintenance service.

  • Refunds are only processed for orders placed in good faith. If orders are placed with multiple agencies for the same project, Tekloop Technologies reserves the right to decline the request.

  • For video animation packages, no refund request will be entertained after the designing of the storyboard.

All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. Tekloop Technologies, based on the violation of your user agreement, reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case-to-case basis.

For Tekloop Technologies Custom packages, the refund will be applicable depending on similar terms as it is on the single packages.

A refund request will need to have a valid reason to support it, which must qualify against the website brief and customer feedback. Revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction if a layout meets the brief.

How to claim your refund

To assure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements. Claim your refund specifying your concern by contacting us via:

After the refund, your website copyrights would be obtained by Tekloop Technologies, and you would not be able to use the website design sent by the company. You agree that:

  • All rights to any content or media revert to Tekloop Technologies.

  • Tekloop Technologies may register copyrights for refunded designs to prevent reuse.

My Account

The My Account area is a convenient way to communicate. It is your sole responsibility to check the account area to address any queries. Not checking this area shall not provide grounds for a refund.

Communication Policy

Valid communication is considered only through our official channels. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party communications.

Quality Assurance Policy

Tekloop Technologies will do its best to meet your requirements. We believe in providing high-quality websites with refined layouts.

Delivery Policy

Orders will be delivered to your account on the confirmed delivery date. Websites will only be made live after all dues are cleared.

Website Ownership & Rights

Finalized website designs, once delivered and approved, become the client’s property. Revision drafts and materials used during development are not included in ownership.

Content Creation & Population

Content population is not included unless purchased. When included:

  • Text and images are created specifically for your site.

  • Stock images are sourced upon approval.

  • Similarities with other websites are coincidental and not the company’s responsibility.

  • Product content must be provided by the client.

N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy

Client and project information is kept confidential. Neither party shall defame the other after project completion.

Record Maintenance

Tekloop Technologies keeps records of final deliveries and communication.

Customer Support

Support is available Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM GMT. After-hours queries are addressed the next working day.

Technical Support Policy

Tekloop Technologies provides basic setup assistance. We are not responsible for training, installations, or technical support beyond initial setup unless separately agreed.

Website Deployment

Deployment is offered for:

  • Hosting provided by Tekloop Technologies

  • Hosting provided by the client

  • We are not responsible for issues on third-party hosting servers.

Website CMS

Clients receive a user manual for CMS use. We do not provide CMS training.

Email Setup

Clients are provided setup details but are responsible for configuring their email services. Tekloop Technologies does not provide ongoing email support.
